Overview:
I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced veterinarian to join my team as an Owner/Manager. As the Owner/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales management and training development. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and veterinary care.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Hire and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Assist in supervising employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive customer relationships

Qualifications:
- License to practice veterinary medicine is required
- Proficient in sales management techniques and strategies
- Previous experience in a veterinary practice is required
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team of employees
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all tasks

Note: This is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
