**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and management.

**Duties:**

- Manage day-to-day operations

- Supervise service technicians, service advisors, and support staff

- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of work

- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns

- Oversee inventory management for parts and supplies

- Monitor service quality and implement improvement strategies

- Train and mentor staff on best practices in automotive services

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in automotive repair and mechanical knowledge

- Experience in selling automotive service

- Strong service writing skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
