This is a results driven position that will require the ability to deal masterfully with the challenges of a dynamic growing community-centered clinic and ever evolving culture of caring. You must be a self-starter with drive to move our business forward and support our therapeutic staff.

You will be managing both clinics and must be able and willing to work evenings and weekends and take bottom-line for our online and educational expansion and brand as well as management of clinical staff.

You will create organization, systems and relationships that allow the business to run effortlessly. You must be comfortable speaking with other professionals and marketing the business outside of the clinic. We are a small office with family healing environment. All team members must be emotionally, mentally and spiritually grounded and mature. They must also be willing to embody the wellness model we teach. Our perfect applicant is a mature, Moorpark (or close by) resident that is looking for a long-term employment home rather than a temporary job. Second career applicants are welcome to apply. We are looking with someone who can be flexible with their hours. Hours will vary on Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. We can also be flexible with your schedule.
