FINANCE/GRANTS MANAGER

The primary role of this position:

The Finance/Grants Manager will enhance funding models, identify new sources of funding, and develop sustainable and effective grant programs. The Finance/Grants Manager will perform grant research, grant writing, grant program design and implementation, compliance and grant reporting. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with basic financial management skills including developing and monitoring budgets and financial reporting.
• A multi-tasker with strong ability to work under pressure.
• Able to manage overall grant efforts, documenting payments and expenditure, optimizing the grant administration process and ensuring compliance with grant regulations and preparing financial reports.
• Must have superior organizational skills, great leadership qualities, and exceptional budgeting and monitoring skills.
• Skill and expertise in successful grants management.
• Experience working in a non-profit health organization.
• Clear understanding of proper rules and regulations for approving grants, its specifications, and requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing grant programs from its application to approval and utilization.
• Identify potential grant support from government agencies, foundations, and corporations to meet the financial and operational needs of HealthCore Clinic.
• Perform relevant research to identify available grant opportunities and evaluate the results.
• Oversee invoicing, accounting, reporting, and other administrative functions to ensure successful execution of grant process.
• Provide detailed reports to the board of directors with respect to the organization’s progress.
• Maintain records of all payments and receivables and prepare monthly records for all grant related activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
