Op.) coordinates with management, medical teams and community to create policies and procedures that provide high quality health care services. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Join our team as a full-time Clinic Operations Manager for an independently owned medical practice in Anchorage, Alaska. As an employee of MedMan, you will work closely with MedMan’s Integrative Service team to execute on the operational and administrative needs of the practice.
As the Clinic Operations Manager of this established, respected practice, you would be responsible for providing oversight in all administrative functions of the practice. The successful candidate is a highly effective leader with a strong understanding of medical practice operations, possesses the ability to facilitate teamwork, is an excellent communicator and is process driven. Proven experience working in a physician-owned medical practice, excellent follow-through and a visible, collaborative management style are important.
