Clinic Operations Director (Hosp. Op.) directs and administers day-to-day operations of a hospital's outpatient or specialty clinic.   • Responsibilities: Operations Director will ensure that all Assisted Living Homes are functioning according to State and Federal Compliance. The Clinic operations director will drive the implementation of clinic policies and procedures by providing administrative, operational, and management support to the House Managers with primary duties and responsibilities related to but not limited to efficiency improvement, resident satisfaction, accessibility to care, budgetary targets (payroll budget adherence as well as supply & food budget) and meeting company goals. Efficiently utilizes personnel resources to plan, organize, and coordinate the daily activities for each clinic.

    • Management of ongoing assessment, development, and implementation of systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness example understanding Medication Adminsitration Records system.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of operational protocols in compliance with operational policies.
    • Ensuring appropriate marketing efforts are in place to maintain resident census as well as ensure facilities are staffed.
    • Works closley with Facility Managers to ensure they maintain the House facility's expectations and productivity levels.
    • Managed all Patient Grievances and response to appropriate parties with corrective actions.
    • Assist Clinic Administrator with all onsite required trainings to meet audit requirements.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal and external Quality Assurance program fostering continuous improvement and meeting customer service levels.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and standards. Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrates commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.
    • Coordinate weekly meeting to communicate facility updates.
    • Assist with training of Patient Services Manager and Clinic Manager.
    • Will oversee all transportation logistics, develop workplan, and monitors patient schedules
    • Develop processes and procedures for teams to ensure success of proper servicing of resident demands.
    • Establish and maintain tracking systems to monitor progress towards operational goals.
    • Act as a liaison on behalf of the COO with Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Director, Clinic Managers.
    • Manage and develops monthly statistical reports.
    • Assist with the preparation for clinic audits and participation in audits.
    • Ensure each facility is rounded IN-PERSON on weekly basis (KALAMAZOO, ALLEGAN AND EATON COUNTY). MILEAGE WILL BE REIMBURSED.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • RN , BSN or Nursing Experience Preferred
    • AHA or BLS Certification Required
    • Hospice Care Experience Preferred
    • Master’s Degree or equivalent health care work experience preferred.
    • Require knowledge of office equipment, medical terminology, customer service, and some medical billing experience.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of safety, infection control & emergency policies and procedures.
    • Six (6) years of clinical experience with primary health care clinics, FQHCs, and preferred.
    • Preferred experience with OSHA Safety/Environmental guidelines and regulations
    • Must be able to communicate effectively, in English both verbally and in writing.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
