Associate Director of Inbound Logistics
Position Summary:
The Associate Director of Inbound Logistics will lead and direct all functions of the Inbound Logistics Department including, but not limited to, inventory receipts, compliance, inbound freight negotiations and all functions related to the movement of inbound shipments. This position will be responsible for the on-time delivery of goods purchased and compliance with government regulations across multiple countries, from a variety of sources and via multiple modes of transportation. The Associate Director will participate in the development of our inbound logistics strategy. This position will develop and negotiate transportation contracts globally and domestically and will work in parallel with our overseas buying agents to coordinate import logistics functions to feed our domestic distribution operations.
