Looking for a Director of Operations to lead and support the distribution teams. Salary ranges from $120K-$130K with a bonus plan. Interested?

Director of Operations tasks:

• Develop and execute strategies to sustain and accelerate revenue growth.
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of 5-10 managers
• Travel to and oversee operations of 10 distribution centers
• Develop and manage capital budgets to support expansion and operational improvements.
• Negotiate distribution center leases, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
• Develop and implement operational guidelines
• Oversee capital budget processes, making informed decisions on capital allocation
• Implement personnel management strategies to optimize team performance.
• Lead expansion efforts for both new and existing distribution centers.

What we are looking for:

• 7 years of experience in managing Distribution Operations
• Ability to travel as needed 40% annually
• Proven success in driving substantial revenue growth and strategic expansion in a leadership role.
• Leadership experience related to a Director level overseeing management.
• Proficient in capital budgeting, lease management, and the development of operational guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead expansion initiatives, for existing distribution centers.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving results in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
