Join Scripps Health as Director, Clinic Operations at the Anderson Medical Pavilion (AMP) where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and the dyad role for Cardiology, including financial and operational performance, service excellence, and internal communications.
You will work with the management staff of the practice unit and departments to coordinate strategic planning of business units and the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices and non-physician staff. Provide leadership and direction to managers, supervisors, and leads to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes, and internal and external customer service.
You will be responsible for financial, quality/safety and patient experience outcomes. Work in partnership with Clinic leadership to problem solve (A3s), standardize, and provide oversight.
Working collaboratively with the RN Director and leadership team, you will be responsible for patient satisfaction as measured by Press Ganey where you will play an integral part in the smooth functioning of Cardiology & AMP.
