Clinic Receptionist jobs in Apple Valley, CA

We are looking for a preferable experienced medical receptionist to join our team.

This position is full time and we are looking for someone that has prior experience in a urgent care or doctor office preferable. We are willing to train the right candidate.

We are located in Redlands, Ca

Office hours are as follows:

Temporary Hours: 9am-5pm Mon-Fri

Hours will change may change 10am-7pm Mon-Fri

Weekends may be require in the future

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls
• Data input
• Experience in verifying medical insurance preferable
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Experience in the medical field preferable
• MUST BE RELIABLE

Qualifications

• Experienced as a medical receptionist preferable
• Must be able to work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Reliable
• Must be able to work independently
