Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Check-in and check-out clients, ensuring accurate documentation of patient information
- Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate with veterinary technicians and doctors to ensure efficient patient flow
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
