We are fun, rewarding, and building a new amazing team for our new store that will be opening soon at the Crossroads Plaza next to the Ellenton Outlet Mall. Duties:

• Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive
• Direct customers to the appropriate Sugarista or Lash Artist
• Answer incoming phone calls, assisting caller with booking services
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary sales items, brochures, and making sure tea bar is clean & stocked
• Respond to all phone messages & email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update appointment calendars and schedule next visits for customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
• Sales skills to promote retail products and upsell services.
• Great personality, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in scheduling.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
