CVFC is looking for a full time employee for our front office at our Plattsburgh location. Hours vary, some evenings required.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
-Check clients in, scheduling appointments for clinical services
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, scanning faxing and shredding
- Recording payments into the system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with file organization and management
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Experience:
High school graduate with strong computer skills is a requirement, having previous experience in a medical environment would be nice.
