We are currently looking for an experienced Internal Medicine receptionist for our clinic in Warren and Sterling Heights. We are looking for a strong, experienced and dependable individual who is responsible and able to multi-task and has the ability to keep front office running smoothly.

Duties include but not limited to:
Greeting patients
Answering phone
Verifying insurance benefits, patient demographics
Scheduling patient's appointments
Obtaining prior authorizations
Scanning
Collecting copays
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a medical office
Allscripts Pro EHR experience preferred
Knowledge of insurance
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work as a team and to multi-task with strong communication skills; have a positive caring attitude towards patients and a strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism.
