Clinic Receptionist jobs in El Paso, TX

Live Life Better Clinic is looking for a Receptionist/Assistant for our El Paso, TX location.

This position is responsible for:

• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person and or department and or area of the clinic
• Answering incoming calls and returning calls to patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Scheduling appointments
• Cashiering
• Cleaning and sanitizing the building, floors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Working on special projects as assigned by management.
• Assisting all areas of the clinic as needed.
• Carrying out Office Tasks (faxing, data entry, printing, sorting paperwork, EMR use, etc)
• Other tasks assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a customer service in medical clinic setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all types of communication methods, including written, oral, audiotape, and visual.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many interruptions in busy clinic.
• Must be able to work at a quick pace while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more) and walk up and down stairs frequently throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., Bending, stooping, kneeling, kneeling pull pushing pushing push up push pulling over 50 lbs., bending over repeatedly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
