Being a Clinic Receptionist directs patients, visitors, and callers to appropriate parties and answers basic questions. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Clinic Receptionist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Clinic Receptionist possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. NWI Clarity Clinic is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our outpatient mental health office in Munster, IN. The applicant will be responsible for a variety of front desk and office operations, such as, but not limited to: answering phone lines, scheduling appointments, aiding clinicians, and assisting with client inquiries. Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong work ethic. The applicant must be able to work flexible hours; mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.
