Clinic Receptionist jobs in Helena, MT

We are looking for an energetic, friendly and responsible receptionist for our busy single doctor small animal veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year office experience.

Duties include:
● Ability to cheerfully answer and manage a multi-line telephone and greet public
● Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems in general and IDEXX Neo practice software a plus
● Computer literate
● Must be performance-driven and be able to get the job done

● Appointment scheduling
● Accurate handling of monetary transactions
● Other duties as assigned

Our hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. providing 32-40 hours/week.

Benefits include:

● 40 hours paid vacation after 12 months, 80 hours after 24 months
● 24 hours sick leave after 3 months, 40 hours/year thereafter

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
