Clinic Receptionist jobs in Hialeah, FL
Clinic Receptionist is responsible for greeting and registering patients as they enter the admitting ward of a hospital or clinic. Provides phone, clerical, and data entry support including insurance verification. Being a Clinic Receptionist directs patients, visitors, and callers to appropriate parties and answers basic questions. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Clinic Receptionist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Clinic Receptionist possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Looking to hire two candidates with at least 2 years of front desk experience. The job entails answering calls, checking customers in and out, making appointments, charging clients, and multi tasking. They must be bilingual (Spanish & English), dependable, work independently, detail orientated and will excellent customer service skills. The job does require for you to work 1 to 2 Saturdays per month till 2:00 PM. Work week will be 40 hours with possible overtime occasionally. If you work on a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.
