Sena Kean Manor is searching for a Full Time Customer Service-Oriented Receptionist to support our facility.

Previous Reception experience is highly preferred.

Job Duties

• Offer a warm and welcoming invite for visitors and vendors to sign-in
• Direct vendors and visitors where to go
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate party
• Administrative tasks as assigned

The Most Successful Candidate:

• Experience: front desk receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Possess a warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
• Possess effective communication skills
• Always willing to go above and beyond when it comes to assisting our residents, visitors, out-side vendors and team members
