Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Veterinary Assistant/Receptionists to join our team!!! As a Veterinary Technician/Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, restrain animals during examination and laboratory procedures. Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
-Administration of treatments, vaccine, and medications prescribed by the doctor

-Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Check-in patients and update their records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
1 year of previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic animal handling techniques
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment
- Ability to assist veterinary staff with procedures such as animal catheterization or sample collection
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Proficient computer skills for managing electronic records and scheduling systems
