Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
-Administration of treatments, vaccine, and medications prescribed by the doctor

- Check-in patients and update their records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
1 year of previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic animal handling techniques
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment
- Ability to assist veterinary staff with procedures such as animal catheterization or sample collection
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Proficient computer skills for managing electronic records and scheduling systems
