Ritzinger Clinic is looking to hire an Optometric office/clinic assistant. Position will be 3-4 days per week in our primarily our River Falls location. Duties, while not all-inclusive, include making and confirming appointments, scanning and filing, creating invoices, taking payments, keeping work areas and exam rooms sanitary and organized, patient recalls, patient check-in, creating and using patient electronic health records, and supplemental testing for patients.
Candidate needs to be willing to learn and eager to work. Our ideal candidate is reliable, timely, honest, friendly, professional, patient, and detail oriented. Must be able to work well as a team and be self-motivated when working alone. People and computer skills are a must. Typical shifts are either 8-5 or 9-7 on Mondays and Thursdays, and either 7-3 or 8-5 on T/W/F. Candidate must be available to work the above shifts to apply. Previous clinic/office experience a plus!
