At Better With Physical Therapy, nestled within the Madison Area YMCA in Madison, NJ, we're on a mission to provide top-notch care to our patients as they recover from injury or surgery. **Work Schedule**:

- We have a dynamic schedule to ensure we provide coverage at all hours, potentially ranging from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday.

- Rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM will also be part of the schedule.

How You Will Contribute To Patient AND Team Success:

• - Welcome and assist all patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• - Showcase excellent organizational skills in handling new patients, collecting and accurately entering demographics, financial, and insurance information
• - Play a key role in maintaining an efficient schedule that meets client needs and optimizes physical therapy workflow
• - Confidently discuss financial matters and payment options with our valued patients
