Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for a Receptionist.

Location: Layton, Utah

Hours: FT Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Expectation for Success:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish immediate rapport with patients, physicians and staff
• Demonstrate confidence in handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism during a variety of situations
• Be willing to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the clinic

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in a warm, friendly, and prompt manner.
• Gather patient and insurance information efficiently and accurately.
• Collect co-pay amounts from the patient at the time of service.
• Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and provide information to the appropriate source.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality
