Clinic Receptionist jobs in Oklahoma City, OK

• Answer multiple phone lines.

• Check patients in and out.

• Schedule appointments for health clinic.

• Review patient registration data daily to update and correct patient information, ensuring all information is current.

• Assist patients in completing new or updated information.

• Make appointment reminder calls.

• Scan patient information into the electronic chart.

• Copy records requests received from patients, disability, other dental offices, attorney offices, etc.

• Observance of strict confidentiality in all matters, responsibilities and duties performed under this position and adhere to the HIPAA (Privacy Act) in regards to patients’ medical information.

• Complete any other jobs assigned by the immediate /controlling supervisor.
