Requirement: Minimum a HS degree. Spanish and English speaking. Computer literate.

-Filing, recording and distributing of documents, messages and charts.
-Scheduling appointments for patients in accordance with established procedures.
-Register new patients and update existing patient information, receive patients and monitor flow.
-Answering multi line phones in a professional, clear and courteous manner with minimum rings.
-Liaise with patients, doctors, staff and healthcare professionals in a courteous manner.
-Maintain office supply levels in co ordinance with Office Manager
-Assisting with projects and duties as assigned.
