Position: Chiropractic office is seeking a reliable, bright, friendly, detail oriented front desk associate.

Schedule: T/T 9AM-

Requirement: Minimum a HS degree. Spanish and English speaking. Computer literate.

Skills:

-Strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment.

-Positive attitude, compassionate nature and professional demeanor.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through.

-Strong "team-player" skills.

-Must have a reliable transportation.

-Knowledge of medical terminology and/or coding helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

-Provide superior level of reception services to the doctors, patients and staff.

-Filing, recording and distributing of documents, messages and charts.

-Scheduling appointments for patients in accordance with established procedures.

-Register new patients and update existing patient information, receive patients and monitor flow.

-Answering multi line phones in a professional, clear and courteous manner with minimum rings.

-Liaise with patients, doctors, staff and healthcare professionals in a courteous manner.

-Maintain office supply levels in co ordinance with Office Manager

-Assisting with projects and duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
