Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their beloved pets. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for animal care.

Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly, professionally and with patience
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history.
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Process payments for services rendered
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Manage inventory of office supplies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology, procedures, and medications is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with veterinary software systems
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments
