Provides phone, clerical, and data entry support including insurance verification. Being a Clinic Receptionist directs patients, visitors, and callers to appropriate parties and answers basic questions. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Clinic Receptionist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Clinic Receptionist possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. The Hurtt Family Health Clinic is looking for a full-time Referral Coordinator to join the Patient Services team and provide eligibility and intake support services to ensure continued health care coverage and health access to adults and children in the community.
This position is on-site with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm at our main admin location in Tustin.
