Overview:
We are currently seeking a temporary Front Desk Staff member to join our team from June to July. The Front Desk Staff will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations by performing various day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Provide clerical support to various departments
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Collecting payment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
- Changing exam table paper and maintaining room cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Sheet, Doc) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
