Duties:

- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Collect payments for services rendered
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist veterinary staff with animal handling and restraint when necessary
- Provide basic information on pet care, grooming, and training
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of animal care, including basic medical terminology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with veterinary software systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
