We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a professional office setting. Bilingual required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Check in patients.
• Maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Maintain a filing system for documents and records.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming mail and packages.
• Contact insurance companies.
• Take patient vitals.
• Room patients.
• Check out and reschedule patients.
• Support medical assistants and chiropractic assistants when needed.
• Take patient payments.
• Present financial arrangements to patients.
• Handle inbound and outbound referrals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:
