Lakeshore Community Services, Inc. is a well-established non-profit organization serving the needs of persons with mental health and intellectual disabilities headquartered in Erie County is seeking a full time Executive Administrative Coordinator who will have primary responsibility for ensuring the required administrative activities and all related communications, scheduling, gathering of information, taking and publishing notes from Management and Board Meetings are completed in a timely and efficient manner for the Executive Team (Chief Executive Officer - CEO, Chief Operations Office - COO, and Chief Financial Officer - CFO).
In addition, this individual will have overall responsibility for the administrative coordination of the Executive Team within the organization. This position will report to the CEO. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a track record of positive results within the administrative arena. This self-driven, motivated person must possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong work ethic, commitment to success and the ability to prioritize are critical. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 5-7 years in a progressively responsible administration position. The salary for this position will range from $55,000 to $59,000.
