TITLE: Title III Administrative Coordinator

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Oversees and administers day-to-day activities for the office, assisting in developing policies, procedures, and systems that ensure productive and efficient operation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Work closely with the Title III Director to initiate and follow up on grant initiatives including record keeping, performance reporting, and other related activities.
- Assist the Director to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations governing the Title III program.
- Remains informed regarding Title III and Department of Education policies and grant terms/conditions.
- Prepare various paperwork, such as Requisitions, Check Requests, Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Change Forms, and authorizations for program purchases and travel requests.
- Assists Budget and Contracts Manager when needed. Assist in maintaining accurate files.
- Assist in the data collection, input, and processing of data related to the Title III grant.
- Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with internal employees and campus stakeholders in assessing grant implementation issues and supports.
- Other duties as assigned by the Title III Director.
- Served as the logistical leader for the Office of Title III Programs.
- Maintained the Center’s official calendar which includes; scheduling quarterly meetings with Activity Directors, reminders for Mid-Year Reports and Year-End Reports, and Budget Narratives.
- Assisted the Director in the creation of all reports, and other required actions related to personnel, projects, and programs and maintains a current filing system for these materials and activities. This includes Title III APR, Mid-Year Reports, Year-End Reports, and Budget Narratives.
- Responsible for all required forms, reports, and submission of relevant documentation to meet timelines established by all relevant university administrative units.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/Experience: 4-year degree required, or equivalent years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Must be able to pass appropriate background/drug screenings.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills; i.e., the ability to communicate effectively verbally and through written correspondence as well as in communicating with individuals in one-on-one situations. Requires a precise command of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and the correct usage of the English language. Must be adept at consistently multitasking while accurately attending to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
- Very limited physical effort required
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk
- Limited travel only; occasional errands around campus and town
