A 35 bed Medical facility outside of Prairie City, Oregon is looking to bring on a new Quality Coordinator to join the team. This hospital has 100 wonderful staff members including a handful of lab leaders.
Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Quality Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of specialty programs. This person will work collaboratively with the Specialty Program Medical Director to ensure quality and safe patient care practices are being demonstrated within the facility at all times. The Quality Nurse Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the annual Organizational Performance Improvement Plan (QAPI).
This hospital is specifically looking for a Nurse Coordinator with a Quality background. They are open to non RN's as long as they carry the proper experience to succeed in this position, but the pay will be slightly effected.
