Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital. Schedules employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow. Being a Clinical Administrative Coordinator ensures that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner. Assigns patients to appropriate health practitioners. Additionally, Clinical Administrative Coordinator may perform other administrative functions as necessary. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Clinical Administrative Coordinator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.     In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and coordination of program activities.

    This is a hybrid work schedule where you will be required to work in our Newtown PA office 3 days/week and remotely 2 days/week.

    You will:

    • Facilitate fulfillment services from the central office location including handling inbound/outbound mail, postal services, outbound shipments
    • Monitor implementation of program policies and practices
    • Work to keep programs on schedule and functioning smoothly
    • Support program growth and development as necessary
    • Coordinate program communications
    • Coordinate interactions/relationships between staff, clients, administrators, and all other program stakeholders
    • Schedule and organize program-related meetings and events
    • Oversee the use of technology for program operations, such as video conferencing technology, presentation software, and other communications technologies
    • Create and maintain program records, reports, presentations, and proposals

    Essential Requirements:

    • HS Diploma/GED
    • 2 years’ related experience (program coordination, office administration, etc)
    • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to pick up new technology quickly
    • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills

    Desired Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
