The team at this 280 bed hospital is seeking a strong inpatient pharmacist with a solid background in scheduling experience. As this department is a 24/7 operation, the Pharmacy Services Manager Acute Care will play an integral role in coordinating and scheduling all employees, along with maintaining personal and staff accountability for the schedule.
The Inpatient Pharmacy Services Manager will be a multitasker, working alongside a strong pharmacy services team while also managing a number of operational components including hiring, payroll, time off, and employee evaluations.
This role will also become responsible for reviewing and finessing the pharmacy onboarding and employee orientation experience, creating a streamlined process for new pharmacy employees including pharmacists and techs.
Requirements for this role will include: Bachelor’s Degree - PharmD Degree - Previous leadership experience - Hospital-based pharmacy experience - MBA Degree would be an asset - Ability to foster and build relationships with a team
