Reporting to the Director of Case Management, the RN Manager Care Management will oversee all departmental activities within case management. The RN Manager Care Management will work collaboratively with leadership to functional excellence and completion of operational objectives. They will serve as a mentor by providing leadership to staff. The RN Manager Care Management is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
