Additionally, Clinical Data Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. The ideal Surgical Services Nurse Manager will meet the following requirements:
- Three or more years of clinical perioperative leadership experience
- Circulating experience
- BSN required, MSN is preferred

- Planning, priority setting, coordination, and evaluation of programs of patient care for designated patient populations.
- Fostering collaborative relationships with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless care delivery.
