    Position Overview: Compliance Data Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the management and accuracy of detailed data gathered on a national level regarding transportation moves, storage, and unit management for our multiple large fleet customers. The success of this position directly impacts the efficiency and profitability of our operations, as well as the satisfaction of our clients. The Compliance Data Manager will audit the accuracy of our reporting, ensuring the seamless flow of data from the field and providing strategic insights to optimize our services. Systems development as well as continued focus on process enforcement are a large part of this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Management:

    • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of detailed data on transportation moves, storage, and unit management Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data inputs Implement data quality control measures to maintain high data integrity standards.
    • Excel super-user a requirement for this role

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders- regular touch base meetings with customer stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and issue resolution. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement account management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization - this includes systems development Work closely with the executive team to align account management strategies with company objectives.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Maintain regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for revenue growth- present to leadership for forward momentum.
    • Create auditing tools within Excel to ensure data management is efficient and accurate

    Qualifications:

    • The Compliance Data Manager role requires someone who is meticulous, analytical, and proficient in Excel. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization maintains compliance standards and operates efficiently. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Strong organizational and time-management skills.
