Reporting to the AVP Clinical Operations and Nursing, the Director Nursing Operations will lead the clinical and administrative nursing operations for multiple outpatient medical oncology and surgical oncology clinics. The Director Nursing Operations will oversee a team of 4 direct reports made up of RN Managers and Practice Managers. This position is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategic direction of the practice, makes important financial decisions regarding programs and services, partners with executive leaders within the organization, and promotes an atmosphere of clinical excellence.
