Overview

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager in the Sunbury, PA area. This role can be fully remote in the Eastern Standard Timezone.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager provides project management for single or multiple project(s) with varying degrees of complexity, identified as part of the organization's plans. This will involve the production of plans, documentation and the provision of guidance for project teams and ensuring communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all organizational procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and benefits realized from the implementation of the change.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary interface for the project to the project sponsor(s) and product manager as well as all Business Units and is accountable for managing the overall project.
• Publishes a comprehensive overall project plan, including the development schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts of third party products.
• Planning, scheduling and controlling the activities of complex business projects spanning multiple organizations to ensure that project deliverables are provided on time, within budget and in accordance to specification.
• Ensures that the methodology, processes and tools are consistently used as dictated through Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) & follows PMBOK Project Management disciplines.
• Escalate issues to leadership as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Follow standards in accordance with company policy and regulation.
• Associates degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field or 8-10 years of experience as a business operations manager, project manager, consultant and/or business analyst in a role related to Information Technology or Business Processes.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Able to organize, maintain, and track project work
• Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities
• Experience managing $10M projects.
• Experience with Enterprise Platform tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, ERP, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or both.

Preferred Experience:

• PMP Certification Preferred.
• Cloud migration experience.
• Merchandise, procurement, or category management experience would be nice but not required.
• Experience with Change Management
