Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Regional Dialysis Nurse Manager will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of 3 regionally located renal care sites, including inpatient and outpatient care. The Nurse Manager will manage a team of 50 FTEs, direct working schedules and patient flow, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, manage department budgets, provide guidance and leadership to nursing staff, serve as a liaison between dialysis services and organization leadership, and serve as an active member of various committees.
