Clinical Data Specialist jobs in Fitchburg, MA

CSO is looking for CBHC Clinicians for our Clinic in Athol, Massachusetts. This role will report to the Athol site Program Director.

You Will:

• Provide individual, family and/or group mental health therapy for CBHC-engaged clients.
• Participate in development and implementation of treatment planning and coordination of care as appropriate.
• Provide same-day and urgent care access to clients, and support services for transitions of care.
• Provide education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate, and psycho-social assessments for assigned clients.
• Provide services in clinic-based, school-based or community-based outreach settings according to clinical need.
• Ensure record keeping and service delivery standards meet CBHC quality metric requirements, as determined by the CBHC contract.
• Work a flexible schedule, including night and weekends as needed.

Your Background:

• Obtained a Clinical Master's degree required with post-master experience in treatment of adults, children and/or families.
• You are eligible for or hold highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I, or LABA).
• Experienced in care coordination.
• Maintains a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
