Hybird Position - Onsite 3 Days, Remote 2 Days

At least 1 year of SAP Ariba experience
Must be proficient in Excel - Vlookups, pivot tables, etc. Description: What you will need to succeed:

• Must have experience in maintaining Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems.
• Must have experience in pulling data from ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with internal customers and external vendors.
• Strong cognitive thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel including:
• VLOOKUPS
• IF Statements
• Pivot Tables
• Capable of extracting & analyzing data from company’s systems.

The Procurement Specialist is part of the Corporate Procurement team and an important role in helping to maintain the company’s Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) system and to help our Procurement team by collect data and running analytics for the department. The role is a two-prong position which includes working as:
Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist Work with the Ariba team to maintain & grow the Ariba P2P system. This includes: § Adding & maintaining Users & user approval groups. § Adding & maintaining Vendors. This includes: o Creating & maintaining Punchout Catalogs o Creating & maintaining CIF catalogs o Creating & maintaining Blanket Purchase orders § Helping users with Ariba questions & problems. § Helping to ensure transactions are flowing through the Ariba system. This includes: o Ensuring that Purchase Requisitions are being approved. o Helping users resolve Invoice Reconciliations. This includes: · PO Received Quantity Variances · PO Quantity Variances · PO Price Variances · PO Amount Variances · Tax Variances

Procurement Data Specialist Work with the Procurement department to collect data from its various systems. This includes:

§ Collecting data from the companies SAP ERP system. § Running analytics, creating Excel Spreadsheets & PowerPoint presentations to show data in an understandable format. § Working on ad hoc projects. § Helping to maintain our Spend Analytics tool.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
