    We are currently seeking a Technical Solns.Arch. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

    Job Description:
    Job Responsibilities Include:

    • Provides solution support for one or more specialized business systems/applications
    • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on end-user needs or technical needs, and a thorough understanding of business systems/applications and industry requirements
    • Partners with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
    • Ensures that solutions are architected and designed in an optimum way to achieve the expected levels of functionality and quality
    • Develops best practices focused on growth, scalability, and efficiency/repeatability
    • Supports business development activities by collaborating and providing the required inputs into opportunities for prospective and existing clients, including estimation and costing
    • Serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including clients, business operations, and IT teams
    • Communicates at all levels of the organization and is a trusted advisor for clients and leadership
    • Provides coaching for others, including support and mentoring of less experienced team members
    Basic Qualifications:
    • 3 years of solution architecture related experience
    • 3 years of experience working in the Life Insurance Industry, including experience specific to Document management business processes and supporting systems/applications, including template setup and maintenance, correspondence triggers/events, correspondence generation, vendor integrations and insurance standard practices
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with a Life Insurance Industry Third Party Administrator (TPA)
    • Experience in end-to-end business operations and optimal system/application functionality for Life and Annuity (L&A) product lines
    • Experience with complex integration models involving multiple systems/applications
    • Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information
    • Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
    • Strong knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system/application architecture
    • Strong influencing and communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Strong client service attitude

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $76.48/hour to $88.80/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
