    In this role you will support the launch of a new Insomnia product across the UK. You will be responsible for bringing about an understanding of the function of the product and its data in helping patients with Chronic Insomnia Disorder. The Product Specialist will support advocacy and potentially formulary deployment and marketing follow-up opportunities from digital contacts as well as sell the product to both secondary and primary care customers. You will:

    • Ensure interactions are delivered with competency and quality building a strong differentiated approach to customer interactions to establish the brand and the company
    • Create, adapt and deliver on a well-defined business plan within budget and agreed timelines
    • Provide periodic qualitative feedback on the effectiveness of communication and detailing support materials and on the main objections received from HCPs

    Essential Requirements:

    • Valid legal requirements for medical reps in the country e.g., ABPI
    • Bachelor’s Degree – Life Sciences preferred
    • Valid driver’s license required
    • Product launch experience desirable, especially in GP, CNS and or Neurology

    Desired Requirements:

    • Current relationships with HCPs with an interest in Insomnia, including Primary Care GPs, GPs with special interest, Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatrists and Neurologists will be a distinct advantage
    • Experience in applying a multi-channel approach including the use of e-detailing, remote call applications and other digital approaches e.g., omnichannel
    • Strong drive for achievement and willingness to challenge the status quo to deliver results
    • Outstanding territory business planning, management, and organisation skills, ensuring planning and administration are completed
