Clinical Data Specialist jobs in Rochester, NY

The part-time Data Specialist is a member of the EnCompass Data team that will support the Data and Evaluation Manager with data needs for various programs throughout the Encompass organization, including but not limited to, tracking and collecting data, data entry, data extraction and cleaning, and report making. The Data Specialist position requires attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience working with large data sets
• Experience writing formulas in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced operating knowledge of and experience with personal computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets
• Deadline management and prioritization
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum – High School Degree or equivalent, 1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Preferred – Associate’s Degree, 3-4 years of relevant experience in data entry using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Scheduling:

• Up to 20 hours per week.
• No night or weekend hours.

Salary:

• $15.34-$19.86/hour
