Clinical Data Specialist jobs in Spokane, WA

Hewes Marine is looking for an individual to fill a full-time position within the Management Information Systems (MIS) department as a Data Specialist.

Hewes Marine is the leader in design and manufacture of aluminum fishing boats within the Pacific Northwest. The factory is located in the beautiful Inland Northwest and centrally located among some of the most scenic areas in the Northwest, providing endless opportunities for the outdoor enthusiast.

Responsibilities:

• Support product data management functions within the company’s ERP system
• Create and maintain company documentation control systems
• General administration function within ERP system
• Other tasks as assigned
• This position reports directly to the MIS Supervisor

Education/Experience:

• Experience with ERP systems, bill of manufacturing, and database administration is strongly desired
• Experience with engineered bills of materials, drawings, and supporting documentation systems is desired
• Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and Microsoft Report Builder
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications and adapt to process changes
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Must have strong organizational skills and be self-motivated
• We are willing to train on the specific skills we desire if you demonstrate a high degree of willingness and proper aptitude to learn these systems

Compensation:

• This position is a full-time, hourly, position within Hewes Marine Company
• Work schedule Monday – Friday
• Some overtime and weekend work are required
• Wage range $24 – $30 per hour, DOE
• Excellent Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid leave, and 401k
