    We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team in Canton, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

    Position's General Duties and Tasks

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Working with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions
    • Conducting business process analysis, assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align technical solutions
    • Interacting with business users and IT to define current and future processes and business requirements
    • Solicit, develop, document, and manage requirements and provide detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control
    • Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
    • Conductingdata and gap analysis
    • Improving processes and policies in support of the organization by developing standards across all team functions
    • Performing in a liaison role between leadership and across the organization
    • Resolving customer issues with software and/or business solutions and providing suggestions for improvements and enhancements
    • Leading large-scale projects and guiding others on cross-functional projects outside of their department
    • Building relationships with clients to improve services and ensure service levels are being met
    • Providing oversight and direction to less experienced Business Systems Analysts
    • Organizing, managing, and driving business requirements and documentation creation such as process flow diagrams, C-level presentations, business requirement documents, project estimations, and assessments
    • Creating, reviewing, and delivering end-user documentation such as user guides, process flow diagrams, and training materials
    • Reviewing, assisting and/or creating test plans

    Requirements for this role include:

    • Advanced analytical / problem solving skills
    • Advanced ability to identify and evaluate existing and potential IT and business challenges
    • Exceptional influencing and communication skills
    • Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
    • Advanced client service skills and leadership capabilities
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client
    • Advanced knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture
    • Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
    • Healthcare Payor knowledge
    • Claims processing knowledge
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel including use of pivot tables

    Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm EST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to work extra hours and work on weekends based on business requirements.
