Located two and a half hours Northeast of Denver, this Surgical Services Manager will join a caring, competent team of Physicians and staff to provide High-quality care to the surrounding community. Working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, the Surgical Services Manager will be well supported by an experienced staff of Nurses and Technicians leading the Surgical Services departments throughout the Medical Center. They will collaborate with the Director of Quality to ensure Quality Standards are maintained.

This Surgical Services Manager will serve a Full-Service Perioperative Department in a Medical Center that boasts a Level IV Trauma Center, a range of Specialty Clinics, a Radiology Department as well as a full-range of ancillary services. They are also home to a 24/7 AirLife Helicopter Base. 

Leading the Surgery Department, the Surgical Services Manager will assure nursing practices are consistent with their Standards of Care and stay compliant with Regulatory and Accrediting Agencies. They will provide leadership and mentorship to their staff and support working relationships throughout the facility. The Surgical Services Manager will be responsible for creating and monitoring department budgets and strategic goals.
