This Surgical Services Manager will serve a Full-Service Perioperative Department in a Medical Center that boasts a Level IV Trauma Center, a range of Specialty Clinics, a Radiology Department as well as a full-range of ancillary services. They are also home to a 24/7 AirLife Helicopter Base.
Leading the Surgery Department, the Surgical Services Manager will assure nursing practices are consistent with their Standards of Care and stay compliant with Regulatory and Accrediting Agencies. They will provide leadership and mentorship to their staff and support working relationships throughout the facility. The Surgical Services Manager will be responsible for creating and monitoring department budgets and strategic goals.
