Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fund Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic, active role that focuses on cultivating and sustaining meaningful relationships with donors while strategically managing and implementing fundraising efforts to advance the organization’s mission. The Fund Development Manager serves as a primary face of the Foundation to the community, and as such, participates in regular meetings and activities in Sparta, Michigan.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree and three plus years in marketing, fundraising, or sales or a combination thereof. Direct mail experience is a plus.
- Nonprofit experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and results oriented
- Skilled with spreadsheets, donor management software, word processing, and website platforms
- Grant writing experience to secure funding from various sources a plus
- Volunteer management skills to engage volunteers in fundraising efforts
